She is an avid outdoor painter, and is trained in numerous printing and painting techniques. She is a graduate of The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.

Kathryn Bevier is very active in the arts community through her memberships with Rochester Art Club, Genesee Valley Plein Air Painters, Mill Art Center and Gallery, and her studio of 8 years at Anderson Alley. She works at RIT in extended studies where she teaches pastels and at Rochester Art Supply. Kathryn earned her BFA at Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts.
